The 2026 Connecticut Reception provided captive owners, service providers, regulators, and captive insurance professionals with a networking forum to grow their industry connections and celebrate Connecticut’s growing presence in the captive insurance industry.

During the 2026 Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) Annual Conference, CTCIA hosted the Connecticut Reception, which provided conference attendees with a forum for connecting with colleagues, welcoming new attendees, and fostering professional relationships in an informal setting.
Attendees of this annual event included those working at the forefront of Connecticut’s captive insurance industry, such as captive owners, service providers, regulators, and industry professionals. All VCIA conference attendees (even those working outside of Connecticut) were invited to join CTCIA to forge new connections and experience Connecticut hospitality.
