Connecticut has earned the distinction as “Top Captive Domicile of the Year” in the less than $5b in gross written premiums category by Captive Review for their 2026 Awards Program!
Connecticut Insurance Commissioner Josh Hershman commented on the honor in a press release from the Connecticut Insurance Department, saying, “This is a testament to the strong partnerships across Connecticut’s captive insurance community, including captive owners, service providers, and industry partners, that continue to drive growth and innovation in our state.”
